Campsite Opening & Hours
The campsite welcomes you from April 5 to Novembre 2, 2025.
Reception is open from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm in low season, and from 8:30am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm in high season.
Access to the campsite is allowed from 7 am to 11:30 pm. Beyond this time slot, the campsite is closed, and vehicle access is prohibited.

When you think of vacations, you think of barbecues, don't you? So don't hesitate to rent your charcoal barbecue at reception. It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal and share a convivial evening with friends and family!
Tennis courts
Take full advantage of our local partnership to hit the ball!
Our low prices give you access to the tennis courts in the Parc des Semiss, just a short walk from the campsite. Two courts are covered and a third is open-air, so whatever the weather, grab your rackets!
Laundry
Take advantage of our coin-operated laundry service at the campsite, with modern facilities including a 6€ washing machine and a 3€ tumble dryer (washing powder included).Simplify your stay by keeping your laundry fresh and clean.
Campers, Ready to Empty!
An area dedicated to emptying is provided for motorhomes, including management of chemical toilets, waste water and fresh water tank filling. Full details at reception.

For everyone’s comfort, here are a few rules to keep in mind during your stay:
– Dogs must be kept on a leash and we ask you to pick up after them.
– Vehicles must travel at 10km/h. Save the rally for another time!

Your Arrival at Le Relais du Leman
Welcome to Camping Le Relais du Léman! Below you'll find all the information you need to prepare for your arrival.
Park your vehicle in the outdoor parking lot, then head to reception to check in. Our team will give you your parking space number and a beep to activate the barrier. They will provide you with all the information you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Once you’ve settled in, please note that only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. If you are traveling with a pet, this is the ideal time to declare it.
Arrival Hours
Late Arrival
For late arrivals after 7pm, we have set up a simple procedure so that you can collect your accommodation key. Please note that administrative formalities and the bank deposit must be paid before your arrival.
In Case of Impediment or Delay
If your journey does not go as planned and you arrive after the reception desk has closed, please inform us of your delay as soon as possible. If you can’t make it at all, please notify us of your cancellation, and make sure your cancellation insurance is activated.
Your Departure
First and foremost, we hope that your stay in our beautiful region has met all your expectations, and we look forward to welcoming you again at Le Relais du Leman, or in one of our other Pausado group campsites!
To ensure that our teams are well organized, we ask you to return your accommodation at the agreed time. You can also book the ‘late check-out’ service in advance at an additional cost. Once you have cleaned your accommodation and are ready to leave, please take your vehicle to the campsite reception. A member of our team will visit your accommodation to carry out an inventory of fixtures. You have the option of cleaning the accommodation yourself before departure or paying an additional cleaning fee of €80 on departure.

A Few Points to Check
Before leaving, please ensure that your accommodation is returned to its initial cleanliness state:
- Dishes and household appliances are clean and tidy. Doors and windows are closed.
- Trash should be disposed of in the designated containers at the entrance of the campsite.
- The floor, toilets, and bathroom are clean.
Also, please return to the reception any items you rented during your stay.
How to Get to the Campsite?
Start your journey by taking the A40 freeway exit at Annemasse, following the signs for Thonon/Evian. When you reach Douvaine, let yourself be guided along the magnificent shores of the lake towards Messery/Yvoire. This picturesque route is the perfect introduction to the beauty of our region.
Opt for the comfort of the train by choosing the most convenient SNCF station. Thonon-les-Bains, 20 km away, Annemasse, 25 km away, and Bons en Chablais, 10 km away, are the options to consider. Let yourself be transported through the varied landscapes that line our destination, offering a preview of the adventure that awaits you on arrival.
If you prefer the skies, land at Geneva airport, just 20 km from the campsite. Follow these detailed directions to ensure a smooth journey to our destination.
